• Rates include breakfast, afternoon refreshments, private parking. Use of beach towels, and beach chairs.
• All rooms have TV/VCR, ceiling fan, room safe, hair dryer, a/c in summer. Suites have TV/VCR in their private sitting room with love seat, f/p in winter, a/c in summer. One suite with two-person jacuzzi, optional.
• Rates subject to New Jersey sales tax.
• Senior (60+) citizens/AAA discount 10% on room rate weeknight only September thru June. (Excluding Holidays, Victorian Week, Christmas Week & Packages), One discount per room. Minimum stay of two nights required in season and non-holiday weekends year round.
• A 50% deposit is required for reservations within one week of booking, balance due at check in.
• We accommodate Adults and young adults: Sorry, but we cannot accommodate children.
• Check in 2 pm to 9 pm, late arrival fee charged, no check in after 11 pm. Please let us know when you plan to arrive. Check out by 11 am, Sorry, No late check outs.
• Non- Smoking Premises - Smoking permitted only on the veranda, ashtrays provided.

Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is required. Reservations may be secured by check within one week of booking or by credit card at time of booking. Deposits will be refunded in full with 21 days notice. Reservations cancelled with less than 21 days notice will receive a deposit refund with a $20.00 cancellation charge if we are able to rent the room for the total length of the reservation. Reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be held responsible for payment in full for the total length of the reservation.
